Announcement of Management Team Strengthening

To accelerate business growth and strengthen our foundation, we are pleased to appoint Keiji Niizu as an Outside Director and Makoto Uchida as an Outside Corporate Auditor as of December 19, 2025. Additionally, our founding member and COO (Chief Operating Officer), Noriaki Iwata, has transitioned to a full time role as of February 2026.

Having raised 2.15 billion yen within our first year, OptQC is at a critical turning point as we move from technical demonstration to commercialization. Under this new structure, we will balance robust governance with rapid decision making to accelerate the social implementation of optical quantum computers.
