HIQALI
Hub for Innovation in Quantum And Light-driven Industry
Quantum and Optical Industry Innovation Center
“HIQALI” is an advanced membership program that aims to create new value
by applying optical quantum computer technology to industry
by applying optical quantum computer technology to industry

Seminars
Building an ecosystem
Focusing on optical methods, we will share the latest domestic and international research and technology trends in the quantum computer field. Our seminars also promote exchange among members and provides a place for networking between different industries.

Lecture courses
Development of professionals capable of using optical quantum computers
We are deepening our cooperation with various related fields such as optical communication and optical technology. We will combine optics-related technologies and work towards realization of optical quantum computer.

Priority use of quantum computer
Use Case Exploration/Industrial Applications
We will provide an opportunity for members to actually use the most advanced optical quantum computer developed by OptQC. Through the use of our machines, we will tackle problems faced in industrial sectors and proved solutions.
*The actual machine is scheduled to be used in 2026 or later.
While building an ecosystem of optical quantum technology, this center promotes industrial innovation in fields such as optimization problems, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning. At this base, based on OptQC's optical quantum computer technology, we will shape the future of industrial infrastructure by discovering innovative application fields, exploring use cases using actual machines, and developing trained professionals.
